Multi-phase whole house remodel totaling over $160K in scope. Phase 1 included popcorn ceiling removal throughout, level-5 smooth drywall finish on all walls, shiplap wood ceilings in living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, new flooring throughout with ceramic tile demo and BPI Atroguard hardwood installation, Schluter waterproofed tub surrounds in two bathrooms, kitchen demo and complete rebuild with raised ceiling and new framing, custom stained alder shaker cabinetry for kitchen and office, stone countertops, 4 skylights, living room fireplace and beam demolition, electrical panel upgrade with 97 device replacements, new gas line for kitchen and outdoor grill, porch roof reframing, exterior siding, and whole-house interior paint. Phase 2 continued with custom paint-grade kitchen cabinetry, bar area cabinetry, living room built-in with stained wood countertop, master bathroom tile and Schluter waterproofing, additional electrical and plumbing work, and custom stairwell railing.
