At Loysoya, Eidson Builders transformed the outdoor living space by constructing a large porch with stairs at the back of the house and a cozy small porch by the hot tub, both featuring durable Trex decking. The project also included the installation of a concrete pad for the driveway and HVAC unit, along with a French drain system to manage water runoff effectively. Additionally, the team relocated two HVAC condensers to accommodate a Generac generator and enhanced the backyard with Bermuda sod and a rebuilt fence gate, creating a welcoming and functional environment for the homeowners.
