At Dewberry, Eidson Builders transformed two ADU buildings through comprehensive make-ready work in preparation for sale. The project included power washing and painting the exterior, revitalizing the interior with fresh paint in the studio, kitchen, living room, and office, while also addressing drywall repairs in the garage, laundry room, and master bedroom. Significant electrical updates were made by relocating garage light wiring into the attic, and HVAC systems were serviced, including the replacement of ducts and resealing connections. The meticulous attention to detail ensured that both the interior and exterior showcased a polished and inviting appearance, ready for prospective buyers.
