At Country Squire, Eidson Builders successfully completed a comprehensive renovation that included a master bathroom remodel, HVAC replacement, and the installation of a new cedar picket fence. The master bathroom transformation involved the removal of the old tub and vanity, installation of new drywall, and meticulous tile work for a modern shower. In addition, the HVAC system was upgraded to a high-efficiency Carrier Comfort Series unit, while the attic was insulated to meet R38 code standards. A beautiful 5-1/2" cedar dog-ear fence was installed along the back of the property, enhancing both privacy and aesthetic appeal.
