At Arroyo Seco, Eidson Builders revitalized the Hope Chapel Lighthouse by replacing the old deck with durable Trex composite materials and adding an ADA-compliant ramp for accessibility. The project included extensive siding work, such as the installation of Hardie lap siding and foam board insulation, along with the replacement of six panels behind the Pastor's Office. Additional enhancements featured a new TPO roof over the patio cover, fresh drywall and paint repairs to the lighthouse ceiling, and the installation of new doors for both the Pastor's Office and the lighthouse deck.
